The volunteers quietly helping behind the scenes.
The healthcare workers always showing up when people need them most.
The coaches giving up their time for the next generation.
The teachers, neighbours, business owners, and everyday legends making life a little better for everyone around them.

Now, Radio Wānaka and Aspiring Law want to shine a light on those people with the new Community Champions Award.

And thanks to Aspiring Law, one deserving local will also receive $500 cash 💸

This is all about recognising the people who often don’t ask for attention, but absolutely deserve it.

Maybe it’s a volunteer who gives their time without expecting anything back.
Maybe it’s a friend, colleague, coach, or community member who’s always helping others.
